Neither sentence is correct. The start should be "All [of] her effort ...". If you mean that there was no meaningful result from her efforts, then it's "... were in vain" ("were" needs to match "efforts"). "Vain" as an adjective has a different meaning. Have you checked it in a dictionary?

3. All of her effort was in vain.

No. "Her all efforts" is wrong. It's "All her efforts" or "all of her efforts". "Gone" is unnecessary too. We have given the natural and grammatical way of saying it already.

Your dictionary may call these sentences correct, but I don't find them to be natural. I would say:

"None of our efforts produced any results."
