Accepting a temporary to permanent position at ABC company is a good way for me to find out if I like working in that company and if I am right fit for that job and also a good way for the employer to asses my work performance.

Do you have a question?

Are there any grammar errors on this sentence?

It's grammatical, perhaps, but it's a bit of a run-on. I'd stop the first sentence before "and also" and create a new sentence there that begins "It is also..."

But why do you put "the right fit" as your subject, and not use that phrase in your sentence. Was it merely a lapse, omitting "the"?
In any case, put it in.

Oops. I didn't read carefully enough. I just assumed based on the title of the thread that it was in there.
