Is it possible to say the following at a store?

I want to buy (a coffee/two beers/three cokes.)- not a served one, but existing products sold in market if they come out as a product.

But would you say "give me two coffees or two coffee." at Tim Horton or Starkbucks?

At a place where they serve drinks, you'd say "two coffees" or "three Cokes."

At the store, you'd buy two cans of coffee, three bottles of Coke, a six-pack of beer.
