Would you like to leave a message? This is different to your next question as it doesn't imply the person that is being called will return your call.
Have her call? (unclear) Do you mean: Would you like her to return your call? If that's so, then I would use return, though it may sound more polite/formal.



If you are looking for a more informal expression I would use "Will I get him/her to call you back?

"Have her call?" isn't just informal, it's not a complete sentence.

Would you like to leave a message? (Note that this doesn't necessarily involve the caller receiving a return call at a later time.)
Would you like me to ask her to call you back?
Shall I ask her to call you back?
She will return your call as soon as she is back in the office. Is that OK?

My idea of informal would be "Do you want me to get her to ring you?" or something similar.

That usage of will is a slip of mine. Will would be fine and generally accepted in Ireland, as it's an influence of Gaelic on Irish English.
Otherwise I would recommend "Shall I get him/her to call you back?"

I'm so used to hearing it and using it at this stage that I do tend to take its usage for granted a little, even in class!!!
