According to folklore, the only way to kill a vampire is by stabbing him through the heart with a stake. In 1996 singer Toni Braxton had a number one hit with a song called "Unbreak My Heart." So "Unstake My Heart" is a pun on Toni's song title as well as a plea from a vampire to let him live.
