It's kind of confusing. Normally you get price breaks at certain intervals of quantity, but I'm confused whether 1,000 bottles will cost me US $0.22 or US $0.23 per bottle.

I'm not sure what could account for the price difference for the same quantity, when it seems to be the same product. Despite one picture showing several different labels, there's no option to select a different variety(strength, scent, etc.). Maybe they're trying to allow for shipping charges?

But such a small price range suggests the vendor updates their price regularly and is offering the product within that range. I'd guess they would respond to a quote request with a fixed price, valid for a short time.
