Is the following sentence correct according to English grammatical rules and meaning?

# You would be kind enough to reply me ASAP.
 
Please stop using the # symbol at the start of your sentences.

Your sentence isn't grammatical. You might use:

Would you be kind enough to reply to me ASAP?
If you would be kind enough to reply to me ASAP, I will be very grateful.
Please reply to me ASAP.
