I understand the infinitive without to is used to express verbs of perception .
eg watch, see, hear, feel, make, have.

1. How about eat and smell ?
2. Are there any verb that I miss ?

Thank you.

'Make', 'have' and 'eat' are not verbs of perception. What do you mean when you say the infinitive without 'to' is used with these?
"I stayed home to watch the game", "I stopped to smell the roses", "I like to feel the wind on my face".

Hello.:-D

I think the OP means the constructions like:

I heard him call my name.
I saw him enter the building.

Ah, in that case, there are many pages like the following:

Just search for "Verbs of Perception"
But you must realise that just because 'make' and 'have' don't use an infinitive there, that doesn't mean they have anything to do with perceiving.

Yes, they are verbs of perception, but they can't all be used without an infinitive, eg. "I glanced him enter the building" is wrong.
I think the OP is only referring to those verbs of perception that don't require an infinitive and as such have found their way into grammar lore under the term "Verbs of Perception". That's why it's important to know exactly what his question is.
