Hi, can I say "His novels are viewed as original by a lot of critics " to mean "His novels are seen as original by a lot of critics" ? Moreover, would the following expressions convey a similar meaning?

- His novels are described as original by a lot of critics.
- His novels are defined as original by a lot of critics.
- His novels are considered original by a lot of critics.

'Seen', 'viewed' and 'considered' have close enough to the same meaning for the likely contexts.
'Defined' is wrongly used, and 'described' doesn't mean the above.
