Is it better to write,
"This situation leads to producing more waste"
Or
"This situation leads to the production of more waste"?
Also,
"Such an implementation may result in generating unnecessary waste"
Or
"Such an implementation may result in the generation of unnecessary waste"
The first set of sentences use the Ving and the second set use the Noun. Are both possible? Or is one better than the other and what is the reason for this. Thanks.
