Hi.

Someone asked me what I wanted to do if one day I could go to London. I said to him "I wanna visit the trendiest night club in London".

Is my sentence natural?

Try "I'd go to the trendiest nightclub there".

Your answer, though, does reflect the question - "What do you want to do ...?", followed by "I want to". Whilst "wanna" is OK in reported speech (ie you are quoting the exact words someone said), we would rather you didn't use it yourself.

It is natural. But like Emsr2d2, I think wanna usually works better in conversation than in writing.

And as someone once said about Studio 54 in New York, once the trendiest nightclub in town, "No one goes there anymore. It's too crowded!"

Apart from the comments above, it suggests that there is a single trendiest club. There will always be a number catering for different tastes- it depends what you are into.
