Number 1 is correct, but it would usually have more information, such as "every week".

Note my corrections above. Remember to start every sentence with a capital letter, always capitalise the word "I" and end every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.

3 is possible, too. If the speaker is a representative of "the factory" and visits another location (say a branch office).

3 is grammatical, but I find it to be unnatural.

Sentences 1 and 3 would be much more natural with the present progressive:

1- I'm visiting the factory.
3- I'm visiting from the factory.​

Sentence 3 would make sense if a factory representative was visiting a customer's site.
