Mummy Rabbit: Oh, my tummy!
Daddy Rabbit: It’s all that funny food you’ve been eating.
Mummy Rabbit: I don’t think so, Daddy Rabbit. The baby is coming.
Daddy Rabbit: Right! To the hospital! Quickly, now! Ward panic! Ward panic!

(Peppa Pig, Season4, Episode 10 Mummy Rabbit’s Bump)

I’m not sure if it’s ‘Ward panic’, but it sounds like that to me. Would you please tell me what it is and what it means?

Sorry, I can't use Youtube. Would you please tell me what that phrase is?

I thinh Daddy Rabbit said "Won't panic".
Who won't panic? 'I' or 'you'?

Could Daddy Rabbit also say ''Don't panic' to comfort Mummy Rabbit?

It sounds distinctly like "Won't panic!" to me but I admit that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I wonder if 'Don't panic' is appropriate in that context.

I turned up the volume and heard a faint "d". He says "Don't panic".

Classic Sesame Street was very good at that sort of subtext for the adult audience. Good to see it lives on.
