Hi:

A friend of mine who is not a native speaker of English or a teacher said to me that it is impossible to say 'The teacher was agreed with by them.'

I know that passive sentence sounds a little weird, but I'd like to ask if it is possible in grammar or not.

It's grammatical but it is extremely unnatural. There are just some sentences that don't work in the passive even when they're grammatically correct.
