Question sentence: I met and talked to him last week for the first time. I found that he "was" a nice guy or "is" a nice guy ??

Note: I know the meeting was happened last week, and we should use past tense "was", but he guy is still nice now and furture. Should I use "is"?

Similar question sentence: I went to Italy last month, and Italy "was" a beautiful place or "is" a beutiful place ??

Say "is" if you mean he continues to be a nice guy. If you say "was" there is ambiguity about whether he has changed since then.

So...the sentence:

"I heard she singing yesterday, and her voice is very good"

is a correct sentence?

I heard HER singing...

Yes, it's a good sentence. You can say "... and her voice was very good" as well. It depends more on if you want to emphasize what happened in the past or the continuing truth of her good singing ability.
