The full sentences are:

We are not the only team coming over here.

We are not the only team to come.

The meaning:

We are not the only team coming over here. =? We are not the only team which/that is coming over here. (at the moment or usually).

We are not the only team to come. = We are not the only team which/that comes over here (usually).

Am I right? Is there any difference between the sentences?

I heard this sentence on Deutsche Welle in English. The speaker was speaking about a 26th floor in a certain building in New York. This storey is entirely dedicated to Bayern Monachium football team. Then the sentence in question follows.

Okay, now I get it (I think). "We are not the only team coming over here" means that they share the space with somebody else (another group of people). They use the space on a regular basis, but they share the space with somebody else (not necessarily at the same time).

I think so. It could refer to general circumstances or to a specific instance. "We are not the only team coming" could mean to expect somebody in addition to us. In fact, it probably does mean that. (I don't know offhand what else it could mean.)
