Which one is correct?

We have four seasons, and each of them being special and beautiful in their own way.

The third and fourth are OK. The first two are not correct.

I couldn't understand the structure above. There is no verb in the second part. Could you please explain it?

Think of the part after the comma as having a missing being, then you might recognise it as a present participle clause.

We have four seasons, each [being] special in its own way.
