Our Claim has been denied because it was filed one year after the services were rendered and it was "well over past" the time limit. The time limit to file claims is 30 days only.

Please check my sentences. Is it correct to say or write "well over past"?

No. See above. You can say "well past the time limit", "well over the time limit" or "well beyond the time limit" but not your version.

It strikes me that your claims department has no idea what it's doing. You frequently tell us that claims have been denied because they missed the time limit. It would be a good idea to train the staff better.
