What do you think of this guy's pronunciation?

He is japanese and he teaches japanese people how to pronounce english sounds.
I'd like to make sure that this guy qualifies as an instructor of English pronunciation.

His pronunciation is not perfect- some of his vowel sounds are a bit off (like school).
