I'm an upper intermediate student in Iran. My teacher says my accent is like Irish or Ukraine people and also I have problem with pronunciation. What can I do to improve them. I send a record of my voice about deja vu. Would u please listen to it and comment on ?

Hi, Kamran!

I'm an American. You don't sound Irish to me!

Your pronunciation is pretty good and will improve with practice. Your inflections are excellent. Some thoughts:

- Your Rs are much harder than British and slightly harder than American. That might be why your teach says you sound Ukrainian.

- An easy thing to fix might be your Vs, like in event. You're pronouncing them like the English W. Just make an F while humming!

Thanx dude, But as an American native which accent do you suggest me ? British or American ?
