What is the difference between There And Their
. . .And to confuse you even further they're (a contraction of they are) is also pronounced the same way.

I always pronounced "they're" with the /j/ sound, so it sounded different from "there" and "their". Is it wrong?. . .And to confuse you even further they're (a contraction of they are) is also pronounced the same way.

That's it, thank you!!They all sound very much the same to me, except that sometimes "they're" has a vowel is a bit more like the sound in "hey!" and not as much like the sound in "bear."
