[Grammar] What're you doing this weekend?

Would you tell me that I can say "What're you doing this weekend?" when I want to ask about his or her plan this weekend on Saturday(during this weekend)?
Is it more suitable to use present perfect continuous?

I've posted this question in HiNative and No one have answered so far.
