According the rules of grammar, when might be in four functions. Sometimes, when could be noun, pronoun, adverb and conjunctions. In these verses have two functions (adverb and conjunction). In theses verses (52, 53, and 80) called temporal conjunctions. The reason behind that, conjunctions are joining two clauses.

51 The trumpet shall be sounded, when behold! from the sepulchres (men) will rush forth to their Lord

53 It will be no more than a single Blast, when lo! they will all be brought up before Us!

80 "The same Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! ye kindle therewith (your own fires)!

How about:

We were all eating pizzza, when wow!, he shows up with hamburgers.
 
its conjunction right ! because its joining two clauses.
