When should the payment be expected

If some insurance rep tells me that payment is going to be made but after few days. Can I ask her.

"When should the payment be expected?"

"When would you be paying us?"

"After how many days would you be paying us?"

I would use "When can we expect payment?" or "When will you pay us?" I see no reason for using "would" or the continuous in your examples.
