Does these sound natural?

1. May I know when will the safety course schedule come out for the month of October?
2. May I know when will the October safety course schedule come out?
3. May I know when will the safety course schedule come out for October?

No. Try:

When will the safety course schedule for October be available?

When will the October safety course schedule be out?

May I know when [STRIKE]will [/STRIKE]the safety course schedule will...

Note that will should come after the subject (schedule), and not before.

Starting a request with 'May I know' marks you out as a non-native English speaker.

If you don't like Tarheel's perfectly natural suggestion, you could say 'Please let me know when the October safety schedule will come out'. (In that form, it's not a question, so end it with a full stop/period.)

For politeness, you could start with "Could you tell me please ...", and as an exercise for you, Yueehs, finish that sentence, noting the comments above.
