Hello, which sentence is correct? Context: I am talking to a Spaniard who speaks fluent English, what should I say:

1) Where have you learnt English so well?
2) Where did you learn English so well?
3) something different... (???)

Thanks.

***** NOT A TEACHER *****

Good afternoon, Encolpius.

(1) Personally, I might ask:

(a) How did you learn to speak English so well?

(b) How come you speak English so well?

(c) How come you speak such good English?

(d) Where did you learn such good English?

Have a nice day!
