Hi,
Are both correct?
Where have you lost?
Where were you lost?
 
No, say:

Where were you?

OR

Where were you when you were found?
 
I want to use the word "lost".
 
"Where were you when you got lost?"
 
What about ''Where did you get lost''?
 
What about ''Where did you get lost''?

That's fine as a sentence. Both your sentence and mine suffer from a logical weakness: if I'd known where I was, I wouldn't have been lost!
 
Is it logical to say 'What were the surroundings when you got lost?'
 
I'd assume that he's been found, has been told were he was, and someone else is now asking him, "Where were you lost?" - in which case, there's nothing wrong with the original.
