whether or not vs. if or not

Which one is correct, or are both ok? And please give specific explanations.

1. Please let me know if you're able to come or not.

2. Please let me know whether you're able to come or not. :shock::shock:

They are both OK.
 
Are these sentences below also ok?

Please let me know if or not you're able to come.

Please let me know whether or not you're able to come.
 
Please let me know if or not you're able to come.

Please let me know whether or not you're able to come.
The first is not possible. With 'if', the 'or not' can come only at the end.

We only find it necessary to give specific explanations if they are not OK.
