Which of these sentences sounds fine? It's a regarding the usage of 'whether or not'.

1- Whether you want India to win the match or not, India/it will win the match.
2- Whether you want India to win or not, India/it will win the match.
3- Whether you want India to or not, India/it will win the match.

They're all possible, though 3 is my least favourite. However, the end of all of them is wrong.

Whether you want India to win or not, they will.
