Robert was ill and his friend was looking for help because there wasn't a bed for Robert in his nearby hospital. Then Mike and Monica saw the message and decided to help. Today I saw Monica and asked "Which hospital was he finally hospitalized?" "He" refers to "Robert".

Is this question natural?

No. For a start, don't use "hospital" and "hospitalised" in such close proximity. It's practically tautologous to use both anyway. Here are some possible questions:

Where was he finally hospitalised?
To which hospital was he finally admitted?
In which facility was he finally hospitalised?
Which hospital did he end up in?
