I am in the construction line and I have not heard of C-joist concrete flooring. A joist is the beam supporting the floor, not the floor itself.

If the discussions have ended, use were. If the issue is discussed regularly and continues to be discussed, use are.

Ok, thanks. It is a proprietary precast floor (not flooring) system which acts as support for another layer of concrete slab to be poured in situ over it.
