[Grammar] which or who

Hello!

Do we use "which" or "who" when talking about a company or association.

It's a company which/who sells beauty products.

It's an association which/who defends animals.

It's a company who sell...
It's an association who defend... ?
Just as we, in Br E, can use a plural noun with such group nouns, so we can use who as a relative. I would not recommend that you use it in examinations, but you will certainly hear it.
