Please tell me. I can say:

"While he reading a book, he lay in bed."
"While she telling them a story, she drank wine."

Would these be the incorrect sentences?

"While he read a book, he lying in bed."
"While she told them a story, she drinking wine."

Please tell me if the following sentences are okay. [STRIKE]. I can say:[/STRIKE]

No, they are not okay.
1- You need a form of the verb "be" in the continuous tenses. For example, "While he was lying in bed ... etc".
2- The past continuous is normally used when we have a long action in the past being interrupted by a shorter action. We use the past continuous for the long one and the past simple for the short one. For example, "The doorbell rang while I was watching TV".

Think about the scenarios above and consider whether the past continuous is justified. If not, you can either modify those scenarios or choose different tenses.

You could also say while reading,
