Can you tell me which of the two tenses I should use after “while”? Or maybe both forms are fine?

1) I like to eat crisps while I’m watching TV
2) I like to eat crisps while I watch TV.

They're both OK.

You can also say "I like to eat crisps while watching TV".

Please note the "crisps" are chips in the US.

And chips in the UK are fries in the US! :)
