Penises come in a wide variety of different shapes, sizes, and styles, and you can have sex that satisfies you and your partner no matter how you’re hung. ----(from here)

I guess this is common idiomatic English. But I don't understand why it's you are hung instead of they (penises) are hung. Can you help me with that?

I know that "something A is hung with something B" may mean "to decorate A with B", but here it seems not to be a thing about decoration.

When talking about male genitalia size, the term "to be well-hung" means having large genitals (specifically a large penis). So "no matter how you're hung" means "regardless of whether you have a large penis or not".

It's common idiomatic English as you said. Idiomatic expressions aren't necessarily absolutely logical.

It's not "they are hung" because we're not describing the genitals. We're describing the person.

Michael is well-hung = Michael has large genitals.

When we use "hung" this way, we use a form of "be" with it, as with other adjectives.

We're describing the person.
A limerick from the film The Life of David Gale (2003):

"As the poets have mournfully sung,
Death takes the innocent young,
The screamingly funny,
The rolling in money,
And those who are very well hung."
