Hi,

Is ''Who knows about tomorrow'' correct?

What do you want it to mean?

It's correct if it ends with a question mark. It would have to follow text discussing some kind of present situation.

@emsr2d2, I mean to say that we don't know what will happen tomorrow.

Then that's what you need to day.

Who knows what will happen tomorrow?

It needs to be clear that it's a rhetorical question and you're not actually asking a room full of people which one of them knows what is going to happen the next day.

Thank you.

Is it also OK to say:
Who knows what tomorrow may bring.

Who knows what tomorrow will bring? The future is not ours to see.
