My teeth have been bothering me lately. Since I have friends from all walks of life, I figured some of them must know a good dentist, so I asked them to recommend one.

No. It's grammatically incorrect.

Does anyone know a good dentist?
Can anyone recommend a dentist?

You can't start a complete grammatical question with "Anyone". You might hear a native speaker say "Anyone know a good dentist?" but that's just a shortened version of my first italic question above. It's fine in casual, everyday speech but never in an exam or formal setting.
