Which one of the following is correct?

1 Do anyone knows
2 Do anyone know
3 Does anyone knows
4 Does anyone know

Thanks

Here are two rules:
"Anyone" takes a singular verb.
When you have a form of "to do" then the other form is in the infinitive (no conjugation).

With those two rules, which one do you think is right?

...and what do you think should go at the end of them?

This is correct only:

4 Does anyone know

No it isn't. It needs a punctuation mark at the end.
