[Grammar] who not only knows but also will give

I'm wondering if the "who" should be repeated in the following sentence with the use of 'not only....but also'.

Jenna is a woman who not only knows her strengths but also (who) will give her best effort.

Can I omit 'who'? If not, kindly help me to understand why.

It's redundant. You could also use the alternative structure:

'Jenna is a woman who not only knows her strengths but who will also give her best effort.'
