No, they are not natural. Try:
Will Alice definitely be able to finish this task?
Alice will definitely be able to finish her task.
 
Or:

Is it a certainty that Alice will be able to finish this task?
It is a certainty that Alice will be able to finish her task.

If it's only the opinion of the speaker and the listener that matters, you could use:

Are we sure that Alice will be able to finish this task?
We're sure that Alice will be able to finish her task.
