Will you walk me home.

Is the above sentence correct?
Does it mean " Will you walk with me to home."?

It would be correct with the right punctuation mark at the end.

It means 'Will you walk with me to my home?'

Is the original sentence used in informal English by native speaker?

"Will you walk with me to home?"
That sound most unnatural to me: natural forms are:

Will you walk home with me?
Will you walk me home?
Will you walk with me to my home?
Will you walk to my home with me?
