I brisk walk on treadmill. I put it on incline with a speed of 6.6.

Is it correct to say "I put it on incline"?

Treadmills usually have adjustable degrees (literally!) of incline. So, I wouldn't say I "put it on incline" but that I had it set for 5 degrees incline, etc.

I brisk walk briskly on a/the treadmill. I put it on a [number]-degree incline with and a speed of 6.6.
Note my corrections above. Also, "6.6" what? mph? kph?

No. You need an article before the noun.
