work at/in an agency - in/at a school

Hello everyone,

I'd like to know the difference between working at and working in, as I have found both expressions.

Is there any difference between these sentences?

She works a​t an agency. I work at a school.
She works in an agency. I work in a school.

There is no practical difference in meaning.
