Kindly clear me the tense of the following sentences
1: I would go to USA if I had money.
2: I would have gone to USA if I had money.

I am a fresh learner, please help me.

Best regards.

Sorry Sir, I did not understand. Kindly clear me in simple words the tense and the difference between these two sentences.

Right now, if I had the money (but I don't), I would go to the USA.

Back then, if I had had the money (but I didn't), I would have gone to the USA.

Sorry Sir
Still not clear to me. I am very poor in English language, but trying my best to learn. Kindly explain in alternative words.
