[Grammar] "would have been" or "would be/been/had been"?

In 2003, he was traveling a lot and a car would have been a good thing for him.
In 2003, he was traveling a lot and a car would had been a good thing for him.
In 2003, he was traveling a lot and a car would been a good thing for him.
In 2003, he was traveling a lot and a car would be a good thing for him.

Now he is not traveling anymore and he has a car.

Would you be so kind as to tell me, which one is correct?

"Would have been" is correct. Also, please note the correct spelling of "travelling"
 
Ahem! "Traveling" is the correct spelling where I live. ;-)
