Are all three correct?
 
All three are fine unless you're thirsty.
 
"I"m good, thanks" is the way I'd answer this.
 
However you reply, always add 'thanks' or 'thank you'.
 
Wit has got nothing to do with it. It's a matter of politeness.
 
A simple "No, thank you" is sufficient.
 
It's just occurred to me that songgi in post #5 was responding to Charlie in post 2.

If that's the case, songgi should have used Reply With Quote.

I often delete unnecessary quotes when they make us reread the previous post, but when there have been intervening posts on a different aspect of the topic, a quote (or partial quote) of the earlier post is not only desirable but essential.
