would you mind + negative sentence?

Hi there.

I know the usage of "would you mind" and a positive sentence. It's like: "would you mind if I open the window?"
But could you please tell me if I'm right about negative one? "would you mind if I don't come tomorrow?"

What about "would you mind waiting outside?", what's is negative form for this?

All of your sentences sound fine to me. I'd say that the negative of the last one would be, 'Would you mind not waiting outside?'.
