Your father talked about visiting Japan a dozen times. Finally, it’s happening. You all are sure to have a great time here. Your uncle, cousins, and I had a family meeting last week, and we decided to take you guys to some interesting places. Now, let me tell you about our plan. (Kang Hsuan)

Is the sentence in red acceptable to native speakers?

It's OK. It's a little odd, for me, to say "You all" after mentioning only that someone's father is coming to visit. I would expect it to say "He is sure/certain to have a great time here". If you're going to stick with "You all" (by the way, I would say "You're all sure to have ..."), I'd introduce other people earlier on.
