you are mistaken v. you are wrong

Would you please explain what the difference is between these expressions: "You are wrong" and "You are mistaken". What kind of an expression fit here in the following example?

A: I know you love me.

B: You are wrong/You are mistaken, lady. I have not even any bit of interest to you.

Self-made.
 
They effectively mean the same thing.

Say: I have not even the slightest interest in you.
