When I meet someone, he/she looks very familiar to me, but I can't remember where I've met him/her. Is it OK if I ask: "Hi. You look very familiar to me. Do I know you?. Have we met somewhere before?". If not, what should I ask?
Thanks very much!
PS: Is there any mistake in my paragraph?

PS: Are there any mistakes in my paragraph? I've corrected them. Do not use a full stop after a question mark.

 Another is 'I know the face but I can't put a name to it'. (This isn't a question, but it's usually interpreted as requiring a respone.)
